Former Governor of Plateau State and Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District Simon Bako Lalong has condoled with the former Secretary to  Government of the State, Prof. Danladi Abok Atu over the demise of his immediate younger brother Mr. Daniel Ajiji Atu who passed on to glory. 

Senator Lalong in a message described the death of Mr. Ajiji Atu as a big loss for the family and the State as a whole. 

Senator Bako Lalong’s condolences message is contained in press statement dated 26th May 2024 signed by his Special Adviser on media Makut Simon Macham and made available to this medium in jos, plateau state.

He said the deceased served the State diligently as a staff of Jos North Local Government Council where he contributed his quota to the development of the State. 

While commiserating with the Atu family, Lalong asked them to be consoled by the fact that the deceased served humanity with the best of his ability and showed kindness and love to all who came across him.

He urged them to accept the sad development as the will of God and continue to pray for the repose of his soul while upholding his good legacies.
