The rector Kogi state polytechnic ,lokoja has being commended for his giant stride in the infrastructure development in the institution within the short space of time he assumed the helm of affairs of the school as a rector.

This is as the polytechnic has assumed a great tremendous transformation in term of infrastructural development under his watch in a short period of time.

The management of Federal University Lokoja,Kogi state revealed this when the management of the university led by the Vice Chancellor ,professor Olayemi Akinwumi paid a surprised visit to the Rector ,Dr.Usman Ogbo.

The Vice chancellor who  is very proud of his giant strides towards transforming and uplifting the standard of the State-owned Polytechnic, said under your watch, (KSP) has undergone tremendous and complete transformation both in infrastructural development and academic standard.

And however urged him to continued the good work to move the polytechnic to another academic enviable hight.
