For his encouragement and upliftment of the print media in plateau state which has added more publicity to the activities of  governor Caleb Mutfwang giant stride in the state.

Damwesh led Mazadu to the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Yakubu Mallo, to show appreciation on behalf of the entire IPA members.

Speaking with the Permanent Secretary, Mazadu eulogized Ephraim saying his magnanimity towards patronizing community papers is highly appreciated by all publishers who see him as the only commissioner with penchant for the existence, progress and prosperity of their businesses and ceaselessly patronizes them since his assumption of office.

And that, while others showed no respect, value and regards for community papers, with their body languages begging for their extinction, Ephraim understood in-depth their vitality and the need to keep them afloat as most of them report the activities of government ceaselessly and keeping the governed abreast with their administration’s engagements

“Hon. Ephraim has shown unprecedented love to community papers amongst Plateau State commissioners since the outset of the Simon Lalong administration to now.

His magnanimity knows no bounds to the entire newspaper publishers who highly esteem him above all commissioners for the encouragement rendered in seeing their businesses thrive in the midst of scourging inflation and high rate of unemployment.

This gesture has proven him a true son of the soil and an exceptional loyal commissioner to his principal, Governor Caleb Mutfwang, by projecting his administration as all inclusive, leaving no sector relegated, but carrying everyone along.

“We have heard several excellent reports about the commissioner putting in his best in reaching out to the needy and communities beyond his jurisdiction to enhance the reach of Mutfwang’s hand. His antecedents within his shortest stay at the ministry have vindicated him as a fully prepared appointee of the Mutfwang administration as can be seen from the new look the Ministry is wearing, making it the most beautiful amongst all ministries.

“Sir, kindly pass our gratitude to the Commissioner when he comes and let him know that IPA and other publishers are sincerely grateful, ” Mazadu said.

Responding, the Permanent Secretary, thanked IPA for the appreciation saying, the accolades showered on the Commissioner and the entire Ministry is a spur into intensifying their efforts to achieve Governor Mutfwang’s set goals, and make their jurisdiction feel the Time is Now impact; and promised to relate to him about the visit.
